We partnered with Mystic Valley Festival to support its online marketing efforts while also curating and hosting a dedicated stage at the event under our Hardstyle Thailand brand.

The collaboration combined digital promotion with on-site presence, allowing us to contribute both strategically and creatively to the festival’s overall experience. With multiple stages and a diverse musical program, Mystic Valley Festival attracts a broad audience and stands out within Thailand’s festival landscape for its genre variety and immersive format.

Through this dual role, we supported the festival’s visibility while reinforcing our positioning within the Thai electronic music scene, particularly in the hardstyle community.

Scope of Work

Our scope covered both digital marketing support and on-site stage production.

From a marketing perspective, we developed and published event-focused content across our own platforms, combining original materials with selected assets provided by the festival to maintain consistent messaging and visual alignment. This ensured regular visibility in the lead-up to the event while reinforcing the festival’s presence within our existing audience base.

In addition, we were responsible for the planning and execution of the Hardstyle Thailand stage. This included curating the full stage lineup, coordinating with participating DJs, and managing promotional communication for the stage independently through our social channels.

Media Rollout

Promoting Mystic Valley Festival required a different communication approach due to the event’s location, which was outside the typical urban areas where electronic music festivals in Thailand are usually held.

Our strategy focused on clearly communicating the value of the experience to Bangkok-based audiences, who would need to travel approximately two and a half hours to attend. Emphasis was placed on positioning the festival as a destination event rather than a conventional city-based show.

 

Marketed as a jungle-set festival, Mystic Valley offered a distinctive environment that appealed to audiences seeking a new and immersive experience. This positioning was used to highlight the uniqueness of the location while addressing potential travel considerations through clear, consistent messaging.

Campaign Tools and Implementation

Content production focused on clearly positioning Mystic Valley as a destination festival and communicating the experience beyond a standard event announcement. Messaging was built around the festival’s jungle setting and immersive concept, supported by tailored visuals and copy designed to capture attention and encourage travel-based attendance.

 

In parallel, we supported the festival’s visual communication needs by producing an extensive range of graphic assets. This included individual DJ artworks, full lineup visuals, and official set-time graphics, ensuring consistent branding and clear information delivery across all promotional stages of the campaign.

The campaign succeeded in attracting audiences beyond the local area, with a strong turnout from Bangkok despite the festival’s remote location. This demonstrated effective positioning of Mystic Valley as a destination event rather than a conventional city-based festival.

 

In addition to attendance outcomes, the volume and consistency of visual assets supported clear communication across all stages of promotion, contributing to a cohesive brand presence before and during the event.

Results

The Hardstyle Thailand stage achieved strong audience turnout during its scheduled day, becoming one of the most attended stages at the festival despite operating for a shorter duration than other multi-day stages.

This response highlighted both the demand for hardstyle programming within the Thai market and the effectiveness of targeted stage curation and promotion within a multi-genre festival environment.
