Client Overview

Neon Countdown is Thailand’s flagship New Year’s Eve electronic music festival. Every year it brings the biggest names in dance music to huge Bangkok crowds to close out the year.

Past editions have featured Armin van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, DJ Snake, Martin Garrix, Alesso and more, across venues like Bravo BKK (formerly Show DC), Wonder World Extreme Park and Rajamangala Stadium.

The Deal

Neon Countdown brought us in for marketing and media support across digital platforms: campaign planning, paid media and coordinated audience comms in the run-up to its New Year's Eve show.

  • Ran Neon Countdown coverage across EDM Addicts’ Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, website and app, from early confirmations to staged lineup reveals and artist features as ticket phases rolled out.

  • Placed key announcements inside EDM Addicts’ editorial feed through articles, platform features and social posts, keeping the event in front of EDM fans through the busy year-end period.

  • Pushed updates in every format: feed posts, stories, reels and short-form video, reinforcing the big announcements while keeping the details easy to follow.

  • Shifted focus as the night approached to set times, entry reminders and final New Year’s Eve notices, so fans had what they needed during the busiest week of the holidays.

  • Kept the momentum going after the countdown with recaps and post-event content in early January, bridging the gap to the next edition.
