Road to Ultra Thailand

Road To Ultra Thailand 2023 marked a close collaboration between the Ultra Thailand team, Ultra Worldwide, and Tonight Media to deliver a locally executed campaign under a global festival framework. Working directly with Ultra’s core team, Tonight Media supported the rollout of announcements, ticket phases, and event-week communication, ensuring that information reached Thai audiences clearly and in line with official brand direction.

Through coordination with EDM Addicts and a managed creator network, the campaign balanced international positioning with local audience behaviour. Content was adapted for Thai and regional markets without altering Ultra’s established identity, allowing the festival to maintain consistency across channels while improving clarity, reach, and audience engagement leading into the event.

Retox Sessions

Retox Sessions collaborates with Tonight Media on the promotion of international DJ shows and first-time appearances in Bangkok. Each event is treated as its own release, with communication built around clearly presenting the artist, venue, and timing so audiences understand what is being offered without noise or overstatement.

The focus of the collaboration is on clarity and consistency across different venues and event formats. Announcements are structured to guide audiences from the initial reveal through to event week, keeping information accurate and easy to follow while allowing each show to retain its own identity.

Support from EDM Addicts extends visibility within Thailand’s electronic music community. Editorial and social coverage helps reinforce key announcements and ensures wider reach, while keeping all attention directed back to confirmed event details and official channels.

Onyx Bangkok

Onyx Club Bangkok works with Tonight Media on ongoing club marketing and event support. The collaboration focuses on presenting weekly events, guest DJs, and major in-house nights in a clear and consistent way, helping audiences easily understand what is happening and how to attend.

Alongside Onyx’s own channels, selected events are supported through co-branded activity with EDM Addicts. This allows announcements to reach dedicated EDM audiences while keeping all communication aligned with the club’s official information and booking channels.

Spaceplus Club Bangkok

Spaceplus Club Bangkok partnered with Tonight Media for ongoing club marketing and event promotion during its operating period. The work focused on presenting weekly events, guest DJ appearances, and special nights in a clear and consistent way, allowing audiences to understand what was happening and how to book without confusion.

The collaboration also included co-branded activity with EDM Addicts, including EDM Addicts Takeover nights and the EDM Addicts Top 20 Awards. These initiatives connected Spaceplus with a wider EDM audience while keeping all communication aligned with the club’s official announcements and booking channels.

AKIRA Club Pattaya

AKIRA Club Pattaya collaborated with Tonight Media on DJ bookings, event planning, and ongoing club marketing. The focus was on shaping weekly and special event nights, confirming guest DJs, and keeping the club’s event calendar clear and organised for its audience.

Alongside bookings, Tonight Media supported how each event was communicated online, ensuring announcements, reminders, and table information were easy to follow. Selected EDM Addicts Takeover nights were supported through coordinated coverage, helping extend reach while keeping all event details aligned with AKIRA’s official channels.

Thantawan Music Festival

Thantawan Music Festival is a Thailand-based electronic music event created for local audiences.

For this edition, the organisers worked with Tonight Media to handle the festival’s online marketing in Thailand. The focus was on communicating the event clearly, sharing announcements and ticket information in the right order, and making it easy for people to follow updates.

Our role was to support the festival through consistent digital communication and help introduce the event to a wider Thai audience.

Tonight Media worked with the festival team to handle its online marketing communication, focusing on clear updates around announcements, ticket releases, and event information. All content was shared in Thai and English to make details easy to understand for local and regional audiences.

808 Festival

808 Festival operates at a scale that requires constant, precise communication as details change across announcements, ticket phases, and event week. With a large and highly active audience, clarity and timing are critical.

Tonight Media supported the festival by managing how updates were communicated online, keeping information consistent across channels and ensuring audiences could easily keep track of what was happening and when.

TOMORROWLAND

Tomorrowland is the biggest EDM Festival in the world.

In 2020 the festival could not occur because of covid-19 worldwide pandemic, so the festival decided to do an online virtual Tomorrowland Festival, here is where we came in play!

We were asked to do a full marketing campaign in Thailand to have as many Thai fans for the online festival as possible.
