Terms & payment

Standard terms below apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bundled retainers earn an automatic discount and custom packages are available on request.

VAT & Currency
All prices exclude 7% VAT. All prices in Thai Baht.
Minimum Commitment
1 month minimum for retainers. 3 months recommended for ads, social and SEO.
Multi Service Discount
10% off all retainers when a client takes 3 or more services on monthly retainer.
Ad Spend
Paid by client directly to the ad platforms.
Influencer Fees
Paid by client directly to the influencers.
Payment Schedule
Setup fees due before work begins. Monthly retainers invoiced on the 1st, due within 7 days.
Late Payment
Services may be paused if invoices are 14 days overdue.
Custom Packages
Bundled and custom packages available for clients with multi service scopes.
Revisions
Included revisions vary by service. Additional revisions billed separately.
Cancellation
30 days written notice required to end any monthly retainer.
